Sarah Noonan is Designs for Growth’s Data Dynamo. As a marketer, writer and growth strategist, she holds over fifteen years of experience driving initiatives of variable industry, size, and scale. Throughout her career, she’s helped leaders and organizations coordinate workflows, manage PR and communications, and optimize systems and processes.

As founder of SarNDipity Soutions and creator of the Substack blog and newsletter Dose of SarNDipity, Sarah operates under the personal and professional principle of Designed Discovery, building foundations that help her and the individuals she serves to live and work authentically.

Since 2022, Sarah has worked primarily with emerging startups, including Designs for Growth. Within these teams, she brings order to competing priorities that need to sequenced for on brand, on budget and on time strategy execution. Whether examining numbers or words, she effectively recognizes patterns, fosters connection, and drives revenue.
